A Most Curious Wedding Fair Autumn 2012

October 21, 2012

A Most Curious Wedding Fair is the best place for Brides and Grooms to Be to hunt out the most creative ideas for a spectacular wedding.

With fairs in London and Norwich the exhibitors are always a step beyond your typical wedding fair with everything from the wedding day outfit to the hen party catered for.

Not only is it full of great ideas for parties and weddings, but it also generally makes a pretty fine day out, with a tea room, live music and fashion shows throughout the day.

Weddings fashion shows were choreographed ballet style, while musical interludes were provided by the Dog Days of Summer and The Voxettes. We were also treated to a Burlesque showgirl routine by graduates of Burlesque Norwich.

There were bouquets made of buttons, brooches and paper, some glorious fresh flower arrangements. Creative cakes and some gorgeous accessories and outfits for the Bride to Be.

Highlights for us included wedding planning from Blue Skies Vintage Events, Vintage bridal wear from Antidote Vintage, cakes from Cupcakes by Jess, vintage glamour hen parties from The Historical Sauces, jewellery and accessories from Sugar & Hatter, the truly unique Reginald Spleens Travelling Snuff Bar and as ever some great vintage hair styling from Flamingo Amy.

If you couldn’t make the fair you can see a list of exhibitors on the Most Curious Wedding Fair website.
